The National 4-H Conference Program Committee, under the direction of 4-H National Headquarters, is responsible for assisting with the logistical planning and execution of National 4-H Conference. The committee is made up of youth and adults who work together through a variety of opportunities to develop the programming and logistics of National 4-H Conference.
The overall Program Committee is comprised of the a Leadership Team, an Advisory Group, Collegiate Facilitators and the Operations Team - each with specific planning and implementation objectives. The Program Committee works under the guidance of the Leadership Team to ensure that programming goals are achieved and appropriate plans are executed.
National 4-H Conference Operations Team
Being part of the National 4-H Conference Operations Team —made up of youth and adults —will give you the opportunity to help shape this year’s program. The Operations Team is responsible for organizing conference events and developing the core ideas that underlie the days’activities. Most importantly, the team plays a key role in helping to create a sense of community at the conference and encouraging peers to turn their ideas into action.
