Conference Registration

Delegation Coordinators or “Points of Contact” (POCs) are responsible for completing online registration on behalf of their delegation, obligating registration fees, generating a confirmation and submitting all registration materials and ensuring the remittance of payment.

REGISTRATION FEES

Registration fees encompass conference activities beginning with dinner and lodging the evening of Saturday, March 29 through breakfast the morning of April 3.  Room check-in

Includes: Lodging (5 nights), meals (except lunch on Capitol Hill Day), evening activities, breaks, assemblies, workshops and materials

*Room check-in: 3:00pm on March 29 through check-out: 12:00pm on April 3.

Early Arrival/Late Depatures:

The special conference lodging rate is offered to delegates wishing to extend their visit.  The special rate is available for Early Arrival (Check-in: March 27 and/or March 28) and Late Departure (Check-out: April 4 and/or April 5).  The early arrival/late departures rates are:

*Check-in: 3:00pm; Check-out: 12:00pm

Please note that 1) delegations are responsible for their own activities, costs, transportation, etc., outside of the scheduled conference dates and are not accountable to National 4-H Conference; 2) delegations must ensure youth delegates are appropriately chaperoned; and 3) lodging needs prior to March 27 and subsequent to April 5 must be made directly with the National 4-H Youth Conference Center – for reservations, call 301-961-2801.

Late Fees:

Delegations submitting registration data, forms and payments after February 22, 2008 will be assessed a $100 late fee.

Cancellation Fees:

Delegations will be assessed a penalty for cancellations:  50% of registrations fees after March 1 and 100% of registration fees after March 14.
