Registration to attend the National 4-H Conference is coordinated through each state's 4-H program office.  Youth and adult participants are selected by their respective state 4-H program and attend the conference as part of a group delegation.  NO individual registrations are accepted.

 

Registration Instructions

Youth & Adult Delegates

• DOWNLOAD the fillable/printable registration forms and submit to the appropriate state 4-H program staff member coordinating registration.

• Registration Form
• Health & Medical Emergency Form  (deadline TBD)
• Code of Conduct Agreement

 

• RETURN the completed forms to the state 4-H program office (due date will be set by the state office).

State 4-H Program Offices - ONLY

• RECEIVE registration and code of conduct agreement forms from youth and adult delegates
• REGISTER each youth and adult delegate using the online registration system - (closed).
• MAIL completed registration, code of conduct agreement, online registration confirmation and payment to the following address:

Registration rates include lodging, meals (except those noted), conference activities and materials.

 *Room check-in: 3:00 pm; check-out: 12:00 pm .

Special Lodging Rate Early Arrival or Late Departure

A special lodging rate is available to delegations attending the conference who would like to extend their visit to Washington, DC.  The rate is being offered 2 nights before and 2 nights after the scheduled conference dates.  The special lodging rates - early arrival or late departure are:

• Youth Delegates - (tbd)
• Delegation Adult Advisors - (tbd)

This special lodging rate is provided outside of the conference room block.  Therefore, based on room availability, Youth Delegates and/or Delegation Adult Advisors may be subject to relocating to a different room on the applicable special lodging rate nights.

Additionally, please note that 1) delegations are responsible for their own activities, costs, transportation, etc., outside of the scheduled conference dates and are not accountable to National 4-H Conference; 2) delegations must ensure youth delegates are appropriately chaperoned; and 3) lodging needs outside of the special lodging rates must be made directly with the National 4-H Youth Conference Center for reservations, call 301-961-2801.

Cancellation Policy

If a member of your delegation is unable to attend, you must send an email cancellation notice tonatl4hconf@nifa.usda.gov no later than (date tbd) for a full refund.  If your cancellation notice is received after cancellation date there is no refund.
